My goal is to foster a therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and collaboration. I aim to assist you in identifying your goals and navigating your personal challenges. Together, we will work toward unlocking the best version of yourself, using techniques tailored to your needs.
I am committed to supporting individuals in their emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and a Person-Centered framework to create a holistic and personalized plan of action. My goal is to assist all individuals in identifying their strengths and to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore, grow, and heal.
I possess a background working with young children, particularly as a Behavioral Technician in an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) setting. While I have experience working with children between 18 months and 4 years old, I am passionate about working with clients across all demographics and understanding each person’s unique journey.
