I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student who is developing experience in helping women and individuals navigate emotional stress, trauma, and life transitions with understanding and confidence. My approach combines empathy, cultural awareness, and practical coping strategies that help clients recognize what’s driving their emotions and manage them in ways that support healing and personal growth. I believe that change takes courage—it means learning to listen to yourself, honor your needs, and focus on the people and experiences that bring calm and purpose to your life.
My goal is to help clients feel grounded, capable, and supported as they work through anxiety, stress, anger, or the lingering effects of crisis and trauma. I am especially interested in women’s issues and in facilitating group counseling experiences that encourage shared understanding, healthy emotional expression, and empowerment through connection. I view counseling as a space for safety, clarity, and growth, where people can be heard, heal, and begin building the life they choose for themselves.
