My name is Ashley Pigliavento, and I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, to obtain licensure in the DMV area. I am committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel valued, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey. 

 My professional background has allowed me to work with individuals across a wide range of ages and cultural backgrounds. These experiences, along with my proficiency in American Sign Language, have enhanced my ability to connect with diverse communities, adapt to varying needs, and provide support with empathy, patience, and understanding. 

 As a developing counselor, I am particularly drawn to Person-Centered Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, as both approaches align with my belief in honoring each client’s unique experiences and capacity for growth. I am dedicated to walking alongside clients with compassion, professionalism, and encouragement as they work toward personal well-being and self-discovery.
