Darian is a compassionate LGPC with dual Master's degrees in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling Psychology from Washington Adventist University.
Darian views the mind, body, and spirit in her therapeutic work, supporting clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-development issues. Through approaches such as CBT, humanistic therapy, play/art therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness, Darian helps clients of all ages and backgrounds better understand themselves and develop the skills needed to achieve their goals in a safe, supportive environment. Darian strives to empower her clients by fostering resilience and encouraging personal growth throughout their therapeutic journey. She believes in tailoring each session to the individual's unique needs, ensuring that every client feels heard and valued.
Her empathic and compassionate nature helps create a safe and supportive environment for her clients to explore and grow. As a clinician, Darian's goal is to work closely with her clients to help them gain a better understanding of who they are, how to navigate life through their own lens, and the best skills needed to achieve their goals. In her spare time, Darian enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to audiobooks, and being outdoors.
